Welcome back to J360 Jams everyone, this time we’re breaking 20 Episodes.
We’ve reached an all new milestone, so to help celebrate along with the coming of spring and new hope happening around the world I just wanna call this episode the Milestone Megamix where we’re going to be listening to at least 50 tracks tonight, party up with Jam Fam, revisit some classic memories throughout the history of J360 Jams and party the night away.
It’s almost time for another grind week to fall upon us but before we handle that we should take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve gotten so that we can focus on where we’re going. Sometimes to function you need some downtime and the best way to enjoy that is on a calm Sunday evening with the right music. I think you’re in for a treat considering who is featured on the J360 Playlist right now.
Tonight’s track is called “Open” by Emil Rottmayer.
So many vibes, riffs, and unconscious thoughts are expressed in this piece. On a personal level it’s helping me think of some goals to achieve in the morning. Mr.Rottmayer’s tracks are an instant favorite for this feature and he has plenty to share with the world.
If you want to hear more of his soundtracks, feel free to check out his bandcamp page here.
To all of you out there who are sacrificing time, sweat, and energy each day for a purpose. I want you all to know that it isn’t a waste. Everything will pay off in the end and you’ll be thankful that you didn’t give in or play it safe.
Now I’m sure some of you are probably wondering why of all days would I make this a daytime feature?
Truth is because Friday the 13th (No matter what month) is usually considered an oddball or a bad luck day depending on how superstitious or what folklore you believe in.
Since it has been awhile the daytime version is starting anew now. We’ll keep with the horror vibe by listening to some edgy suspenseful music.
Today’s track is called “Biomechanical Entity” by Starfarer.
Since it is Starfarer’s first time appearing on this feature we’ll listen to one more song from his line-up. The next track is called “L.A. Invasion.”
So far these two tracks are from the only album that Starfarer has made so far from his self-titled debut, and I’m looking forward to seeing what he does next. If you all feel the same way feel free to show your support by following his page here.
It’s time for another random encounter on the J360 Playlist and this time it found us something great. Living the Wildcard life is always something great in J360 Productions and tonight’s song seems to be perfect for the entry tonight.
It’s always a wandering adventure across the stratosphere for me, and there are times that the right music often pushes me for my journey.
I always look forward to this entry in the Song of The Night lineup as it allows me to discover new artist and widen the talent pool. There’s plenty of you creatives out there that I haven’t had the pleasure of meeting yet and I’m eager to change that.
Sequencer has a good line up of tracks, and if you would like to hear more of them, feel free to check out his Soundcloud here.
This song resonates well to me as there’s been a lot of ups and downs when it came to building J360 or just going through life in general. However I always refuse to give up and choose to go out swinging in doing the best I can to make things happen. It always feels good to reflect on things good or bad so that you can remember why you started your process in the first place.
Time is our most important commodity and it’s crucial that we use it well.
I was swamped with plenty to do this morning so I’ve converted today’s entry into a Song Of The Night feature. I wanted to let the night have its due to present something unique from an artist that didn’t make his or her appearance on this format yet. Someone who needs the spotlight and to give us all a great track to listen to in tonight’s vibe. Will it be Dark Synthwave, or the deepest lo-fi riff ever made to help you concentrate? Or could it be something else entirely since it’s Wildcard Wednesday? Since the Playlist is set to random and anyone can make the spotlight tonight. We shall see who it is going to be right now.
Tonight’s song is called “Infinite Power” by Supervillain.
If you love the sounds of Supervillain, feel free to check out his Soundcloud here.
Never stop no matter what time of day it is, if you have a goal to pursue. You need to take charge and move forward into trying to conquer it, and continue that motivation every day if you allow yourself. It will be tough but you have the infinite power to handle it all, and never let anyone in your life tell you different. You might be that spark you need in order to change everything in your lifestyle so start working on fixing the issues in front of you. If you’re already on the journey, you have made the right choice now keep rising and maintain your lead.
It’s good to be back on the AM Shift, and due to unfortunate circumstances I wasn’t able to give you a Song of The Day yesterday. Well hopefully you guys aren’t buried in snow, rain, or the strange mix because I think we have some more random weather coming through this season. I shouldn’t say that but you know we do need to appreciate each season for what it’s worth because you can have too much of a good thing and I’m saying that to all of you Summer lovers out there. Summer’s awesome but I love Fall the best due to Football, Food, Family and the Horror atmosphere but that’s another topic. Due to my absence yesterday we’re going to double up for the Songs of the Day and continue our strive to make moves and embrace the grind.
Today’s 1st track is called “Planet City” by Wice.
This was yesterday’s entry but it feels right at home with today’s mission especially with the Turbocharged vibes.
Our 2nd Track is called “Sports Mode” by Rain Sword.
Two great awesome tracks by two astounding artists and listening to them brightens the day for my morning win. I hope it will aid you in the same way as we all have goals to reach for as we go through life. If you didn’t do so well on the first two days, well you can make it happen now by starting your stride in the middle of the week. Make today count for you because randomness can be a good thing at times.
If you love the sounds from our two featured composers today check out their Soundcloud pages via the links below.
Today we’re going to look into something impressive for the middle of the week. It’ll be venturing into other genres to give the Synthwave movement a little break. We’ll be listening into some alternative rock today, not the generic mainstream style. I’m talking about that true music that should be heard across the airwaves. It can be done but it must be searched for, and I think I may have found it. The group I’m looking into tends to experiment in various techniques and seems to channel Depeche mode in their lyrics.
Today’s song is called “Fictional Mind” by Mercury Machine.
Deep track eh? Kinda symbolizes what’s going on in the world these days.
You should look into their other tracks to see how versatile they are, and if you do love their sounds check out their Soundcloud here.
Remember to take control of your fears, and to keep pushing for greatness. We’re all going to make it somehow and if we have to fight to keep those dreams alive, then it’s something we must do. Never cave into your fictional mind, keep opening it up and learning about the wall around you. Never stop in your momentum because you are important and everything that you do can help shape and change the world no matter what anyone tells you.
We managed to start off Monday quite well but for some of you didn’t quite make the moves you wanted and a lot of you are probably going back to school or work today may need that extra boost. So what we’re going to do is first consider this your new Monday, and call it Turbo Tuesday to bring in a track with the maximum overdrive you need in order to get through the obstacles or challenges ahead.
Now you all know of the legendary group Metallica, and if you’ve been paying attention to the Synthwave scene (this feature in particular) you all know about the synth rock group, Dance with the Dead right?
Well somehow in this universe and at this time, they’ve both managed to mix into an epic remix and it is as cool as it sounds, you should all experience the greatness of this song as it functions as the overdrive track for this morning
Today’s track is called “Master of Puppets” by Metallica and remixed by Dance with the Dead.
If you love the mixing abilities and sounds from Dance with the Dead, feel free to check out their Soundcloud at this link. This song is beautifully done originally by Metallica and with the rearrangements by DWTD, it’s just beyond biblical now. Well since we have a busy day ahead of us, it’s time to don our armor and go into the battlefield again ladies and gentlemen. So let’s handle it and do what must be done as we take charge of our lives ahead in achieving our goals and dreams.
J created a new segment for The J-Man Show called the J360 Spotlight where all creatives get to share their work and show off their talents to gain an audience. This week he interviews a rising music band from Delaware called Mark & Margo. They manage to create a new form of music and they are best described as an acoustic duo with raw talent. Both from very different backgrounds, with a rare musical connection.
Intrigued yet? Come Listen to Episode 7 and learn more about them.
It’s Friday so it’s time to bring out the remixes.
Never forget that Friday still counts as a grind day. It’s an important one to finish everything on top so you can make the most of the night. If you do have business at night just think of yourself as Batman or Joe from Shinobi, and you have a mission to handle just don’t forget to suit up. Make time for everything and get it done, don’t worry about the small stuff just handle it all and remember your dream. The dreams are why we’re all about the grind, and never fear failure just keep fighting for success because it is around the corner you just have to fight to get there.
Speaking of a mission, let’s bring on an awesome remix for the day.
Today’s track is a rock remix of “Idaten” from Shinobi 3 arranged by Boroda-Kun.
If you love the sounds from Boroda-Kun check out his Soundcloud here.
You’re going to get a second one today from our old friend the Audio Sprite, and his remix is a rendition of the Ice Cap Zone from Sonic 3.
If you love the sounds of the Audio Sprite, check out his Soundcloud here.
Great remixes for today I’d say, and these guys put a lot of their efforts into the art they wish to create, and so should you all in doing your daily tasks. Don’t think of them as just inefficient or mundane, you do matter in everything you do and while the job can get a bit boring in places remember the results you’re making as you go through it. You’re making strides and opening new doors for yourself every time you go into into action so never fear the grind, just keep embracing it and pushing through the focus. Let your adventure challenge, grow and shape you into something better than you were years ago.
