Song Of The Day: 07/13/18 Friday Morning Remix

Hey J360 Legion, Happy Friday the 13th

Now I’m sure some of you are probably wondering why of all days would I make this a daytime feature?

Truth is because Friday the 13th (No matter what month) is usually considered an oddball or a bad luck day depending on how superstitious or what folklore you believe in.

Since it has been awhile the daytime version is starting anew now. We’ll keep with the horror vibe by listening to some edgy suspenseful music.

Today’s track is called “Biomechanical Entity” by Starfarer.

Since it is Starfarer’s first time appearing on this feature we’ll listen to one more song from his line-up.  The next track is called “L.A. Invasion.”

So far these two tracks are from the only album that Starfarer has made so far from his self-titled debut, and I’m looking forward to seeing what he does next.  If you all feel the same way feel free to show your support by following his page here.

Song Of The Night: 06/03/18 Sunday Night Chillout

Hey J360 Legion, time to chill out from the weekend and prepare for tomorrow’s grind. I how some of you are groaning at that but stop it. There is something to embrace about the grind. Besides we’ve got an excellent track to hear from a great musician.

Tonight’s song is called “We’re finally landing.” by Home.

Feels good to just let trivial things pass by and just flow with the music right?

Call it a reward for being a hard worker, and a set up for the next adventure.

Song Of The Night: 05/26/18 Saturday Night Grooves

It’s finally Memorial Day Weekend, and I know some of you just can’t wait to get out there and experience the fun in the sun (If you haven’t already).  I’m just chilling and resting up from handling some assignments that I had to take care of on the side. Which is why The J-Man Show Ep.56 is a little late.

However this is the perfect time for you all to hear a Song of The Night entry for this Saturday and I found a great track created by Ms. Moon Raccoon with assistance from Dimi Kaye called “One must fall 2097.”  It’s a cover of the theme song from the classic video game of the same name.

Great sounds eh? I know the retrogamer in me is pretty charmed to see how these tracks keep the spirit of a time gone by alive.  Nothing but respect for these people using their craft to make fine music.

If you love the sounds and retro vibes from both artists tonight, feel free to support them via the links below.

Song Of The Night: 05/20/18 Sunday Night Chillout

Hey J360 Legion

I know it’s been awhile since one of these entries were written but I’ve been busy working on so many things that I’ve had this on hiatus for awhile.  However I was planning on bringing this back a bit later until I found out that an associate of ours has created a new remix.   By him creating this new remix I managed to find another Synthwave composer called Color Theory too and we’ll dedicate this entry to both of them.

First let’s hear the original called “In Motion” by Color Theory.

Beautiful track eh? The guy has strong vocals and from what I can tell it was an accidental adventure through the 80s according to the vibes and Color Theory said.

Let’s take a listen to the “In Motion” remix that Night Raptor made.

Very smooth, lo-fi and fitting with the usual tone for a relaxing Sunday Evening such as this.   Major props to the both creators for making an excellent track for us all to enjoy and by listening to them reflect different moods yet present a similar experience is what makes music enjoyable.

If you want to hear more music from both of creators, feel free to check out both of their links below.

Song Of The Night: 02/23/18 Friday Night Fever

Well J360 Legion another Friday has landed, and we have a great song to share with you all to set the tone.

Some of you might be going on dates, others to the movies, and plenty of you are just out and about. I would say we’re all just going on much-needed adventures to add excitement to our lives.

So tonight’s track is very important and it is called “Night Music” by Hello Meteor.

Brillant track eh? Perfect for the evening hijinks you think? So many infinite possibilities for this calming yet exciting song.

If you love the sounds of what your heard tonight please support Hello Meteor by checking out his page here.

Until next time Legion, enjoy your evening, and at least try to keep the party legal.

J’s Playlist: Anniversary Edition! 11/17/17

A Playlist compiled with some of the finest tracks in the Synthwave/Retrowave Movement created by brilliant musicians that help inspire me to create content for J360 Productions. Some of these songs were featured on the Song of the day/night articles via the J360 Website.

I would like to thank each every single artist presented in this listing as you all are more inspirational then you know and you’ve helped me out many a time through your art. For those that didn’t make the list I plan on doing this annually so no worries.

For those out there in the J360 Legion, feel free to show each musician love and support by visiting their pages and listening to more of their awesome work.

It’s been an amazing year producing the J-Man Show, and I plan on going for another round as long as you all keep making excellent music. Let’s do this!

Songs Of The Day: 03/15/17 Wildcard Wednesday

Hey J360 Legion

It’s good to be back on the AM Shift, and due to unfortunate circumstances I wasn’t able to give you a Song of The Day yesterday.  Well hopefully you guys aren’t buried in snow, rain, or the strange mix because I think we have some more random weather coming through this season.  I shouldn’t say that but you know we do need to appreciate each season for what it’s worth because you can have too much of a good thing and I’m saying that to all of you Summer lovers out there.   Summer’s awesome but I love Fall the best due to Football, Food, Family and the Horror atmosphere but that’s another topic.   Due to my absence yesterday we’re going to double up for the Songs of the Day and continue our strive to make moves and embrace the grind.

Today’s 1st track is called “Planet City” by Wice.

This was yesterday’s entry but it feels right at home with today’s mission especially with the Turbocharged vibes.

Our 2nd Track is called “Sports Mode” by Rain Sword.

Two great awesome tracks by two astounding artists and listening to them brightens the day for my morning win. I hope it will aid you in the same way as we all have goals to reach for as we go through life.  If you didn’t do so well on the first two days, well you can make it happen now by starting your stride in the middle of the week.  Make today count for you because randomness can be a good thing at times.

If you love the sounds from our two featured composers today check out their Soundcloud pages via the links below.

  1. Wice
  2. Rain Sword

Song Of The Night: 03/07/17 Turbo Tuesday

Hey J360 Legion

It’s time for another trip to the night shift so we can handle some much needed developments. Right now we’ll need some music to help get the night shift started and if you haven’t made moves yet now is a good time to do it. I hope you all have made your endeavors count today. If not well maybe tonight’s song will inspire you. Whether day or night it is still Turbo Tuesday and you have to kick things into overdrive to make some stunning results.

We’ll be looking at youtube remixes, and this particular artist did a fantastic job with the Game Of Death theme from the Bruce Lee movie of the same name.

So tonight’s track is called “The Game Of Death” by John Barry (Styzmask Remix).

RIP to the great composer, John Barry who originally wrote this song and shout outs for Styzmask for creating this rendition of a classic theme, and he has plenty more from his YouTube channel for you all to check out here.

Don’t let anything stop your elevation, and keep pursuing your goals no matter what just like the featured composers.  There’s a will and a way to make everything possible.
