Song Of The Night: 07/31/18 Turbo Tuesday

Hey J360 Legion

Time to give July the big heave-ho, and make room for August. I know it’s been kinda rough with the feature as of late (doing a lot around here as usual) so we’re picking it all up starting tonight.  I managed to find some new artists while we’ve been a bit off and plenty of new material from our all-time faves. So that’s enough to keep the ship afloat for days and nights to come.

Since it’s Turbo Tuesday let’s bring you something that can kick the night into overdrive.

Tonight’s song is called “Shadow Run” by Dimi Kaye.

The adventures that we start on today can lead to some amazing outcomes in the future, and it’s never too late for you to start your journey.

If you want to hear more from Dimi Kaye, feel free to check out his Bandcamp here.

Song Of The Night: 07/22/18 Sunday Night Chillout

Hey J360 Legion

Welcome to another Sunday evening, since we have a busy week ahead of us for the workday grind. You’re in for a real treat tonight as a I found another new composer to make his debut on this feature.  Using the J360 Playlist we’re crusing into the galaxy of Fractal Man and hearing two of his greatest tracks (so far).

The first track is called “Opening Of The Gate.”

I love the lovecraftian vibes in this song, it kinda makes you think the ancient ones were coming back into this realm to do some serious damage after some unwitting fool opened the celestial gates.

However for something more soothing for the theme of tonight’s feature is the next song called “Sunrise, Sunset.”

Indeed a lot of us have important things to do in our lifetime but sometimes just to sit back and listen to some sweet sounds is enough payment for our trying times.  Fractal Man’s work is an instant classic and he has plenty more tracks to listen to if you enjoyed these two songs.

If you would like to check out more of Fractal Man’s work  and show your support, feel free to look here.

Songs Of The Night: 07/19/18 Two for Thursday

Hey J360 Legion

Since there wasn’t an entry for both Tuesday and Wednesday just think of today as a Triple Thursday Special.  Sometimes instead of delivering the traditional two tracks that this feature is built off of.  I have a triple track special ready just in case I get too busy with material but you have plenty of talent to hear tonight.  By working on a few projects here and getting the new YouTube channel set to go. I’ve listen to a lot from the J360 Playlist and finding newer talent that could use the support and love.

So we’re going to look into three tracks from three different artists.

First track is called “Sunset” by Turbo Vice.

Our 2nd track is called “NightShift” by Collaspe Project.

Our final track of the evening is called “Gold” by Vandalle.

There you have it three great tracks from three different artists that bring something unique to the music industry fueled by passion and looking for growth as they continue to compose.  If their adventure inspires you, and you would like to hear more.  Why not show them some love and support via the listing below?

  1. Turbo Vice
  2. Collapse Project
  3. Vandalle

Song Of The Night: 07/16/18 Monday Night Motivation

Hey J360 Legion

I know some of you have been pushing yourselves to handling goals and tasks you have for yourselves today.   No one in this group ever complains about Monday being such a burden, you must accept it as a day to start anew and try to climb up every mountain or rocky road that is in your way.   It’s a day that we all have to endure so remember that even if you were to be tired of everything, you’re not going through Monday alone.

Sometimes the best song can make the world of difference, so let’s just take a chance regardless of the time of day or night.

Tonight’s song is called “Nobody Lives Forever” by Max Overdrive 1986.

True to form that none of us will live forever, so we have to push ourselves forward to do the best we can in achieving as much as possible in one life.  Let each day be a gift to you and utilize them to finish the things you started (Like a novel, a script, a song, and a movie).  It all requires effort on the part of you and whomever else follows you just like the band who created this song did.

If you love the sounds and rhythm represented by Max Overdrive and would like to hear more, feel free to check out their page here.

Song Of The Night: 07/10/18 Turbo Tuesday

Hey J360 Legion

Time to continue moving forward on our pathway by listening to more great music that independent creatives have to offer.   I found someone new to provide tonight’s entertainment using the playlist to focus on some outrun vibes.  This composer doesn’t stick to one genre or subsection in the synthwave music and maintains his unique sound as he builds his craft.   So this is the perfect time to lock into how far he’s moving with his journey and in hopes it will continue to grow and may inspire you other creatives out there.

Tonight’s track is called “Turn left” by Inexdra.

Since this is his debut on the Song of The Night feature, it’s best to submit two tracks from him so that you may get a feel for his skill set.

The next track is called “Parable.”

Great tracks eh? If you want to hear more music from Inexdra, feel free to listen and support his journey via Soundcloud here.

Song Of The Night: 07/09/18 Monday Night Motivation

Hey J360 Legion

Another work week has landed before us but hey don’t let it get you down, it’s nothing that we cannot handle.  Remember that in the J360 Legion you’re tough as nails and stronger than steel and you have to embrace the grind to gain the results you seek.  We have to put the time in and using the playlist I found great music to help us on our way tonight.

Tonight’s song is called “Tempest Riders” by Hymne from their new album called “Victorian Age.”

Since this is Hymne’s first appearance on the J360 Song Of The Night feature, we’re going to listen to another tracks from the album called “I will write you to the Earth.”

I love the mixture that come from this person’s skill set and everything is pretty epic on the album especially with the Dark Synth/heavy metal sound.  So you should definitely check out more of Hymne’s material via bandcamp here.

Once again never give up on your goals and embrace the grind as you keep moving ahead.

Song Of The Night: 07/08/18 Sunday Night Chillout

After so much maintenance, it’s finally time to cruise the online gateways of great music again.  To hear some of the best sound and adventures the world has to offer and give them all a chance at a wonderful spotlight.   Song Of The Night (Day) is back J360 Legion and we have a lot of great music to look forward to.

Tonight’s song is called “Still There” by Starforce, an awesome Synthwave duo known.  Exploring music is much like going on a space expedition, and these two have worked on hard on their craft in their sector of the galaxy.

So let’s help their dreams continue by listening to their latest track.

Keeping in tone with the chillout session on Sundays, Starforce managed to knock it out of the park however it’s only the beginning of songs these two have created. So if you want to hear more from StarForce feel free to check out their bandcamp here.

Song Of The Night: 06/11/18 Monday Night Motivation

Hey J360 Legion

Time to start another grind week and handle some business. I know how a lot of people tend to feel about Monday but don’t let that bother you. It’s time to do great things and in order to do so we must stop complaining and keep the process going via self-disciplince.

I know it is often about motivation but disciplince is the more potent concentrated form of it. This key attribute is what keeps you focused on your task at hand.

It has to be developed however through a strong mindset to change. So let’s start by giving you the right track to motivate you.

This song is called “Limitless” by ev.exi

Wonderful vibes from this song eh?

Just so futuristic  and cool for words alone but per usual from when we spotlight new artists on here.

One song isn’t enough so let’s listen to another one from ev.exi called “Impulse” feat. [email protected].

If you like the sounds from ev.exi, feel free to check out his bandcamp here.

If you’re ever in fear of losing your edge or start doubting yourself. Remember to keep your mindset strong, reassess your stance, and reach for more so that you can be better than ever.

Song Of The Night: 05/25/18 Friday Night Fever

We’re going for a Neo-Noir/Romantic feel on this entry tonight J360 Legion, and we’re going to listen to the sounds of a well known musician named “Perturbator.”

For those of you that are following the Synthwave Movement he might be more familiar to you in the vein of Carpenter Brute and Dance with the Dead.  Not only as he helped pioneered this movement but he also helped craft Dark Synthwave too and this is the perfect time for us to experience it all again.

So for Friday Night Fever, our track tonight is called “Naked Tongues.” by Perturbator and featuring Memory Ghost’s Isabella Goloversic.

The resonance between Perturbator and Ms. Goloversic is amazing and they’ve also collaborated on another song called “Hard Wired.”

Which you will be listening to right now!

If you want to hear more from the artists present tonight or support them in any form.

Please check out the links below.
