Here it is after the Birthday, Halloweekend, and all it’s the final week of the Monster Fest 22. J-Man discusses how he enjoyed the festival so far, and what he would have done differently. He will also talk about how the rule of shows will go, and something about Christmas coming too early.
This being the fourth week of The J360 Monster Fest or either in the middle of the fest according to J-Man’s time clock anyways. He brings about the information of what’s going on with the Monster Fest along with doing a few quick reviews on certain movies like Alligator and Grizzly. He will also remind everyone that it is indeed Jams week with Jams#55, and JamsTV#4 coming next Saturday.
Don your hockey masks, and get ready to go camping because it is Friday the 13th. In honor of the famed movie franchise we’re going to step into some Dark Synthwave. On this very day a young deformed child drowned in Crystal Lake due to the oversight of promiscuously ignorant counselors. Only to be avenged by the knife-wielding rage of his mother until she too was beheaded by a defensive counselor. Unfortunately Jason didn’t die that day and due to the death of his mother he decided to carry the hilt of a machete and continue on the legacy as both a deformed man (part 2-4) and an undead creature (Part 6 – current).
Despite the bloodshed, the story of the Voorhees is a tragic one at best because although both of them are monsters there was that devotion between them that drives both of their revenge plots and basically I don’t give a damn about the Victims involved. I love these two monsters because it will show how far blood runs deep and should you cross them or their territory (Camp Crystal Lake), yours will hit the soil if you don’t run or do something smart to defend yourself… So let’s look into the playlist to see what horror elements the composers have brought to light.
The First Track is called “Murder Club” by DreamReaper.
The 2nd Track is called “When Darkness is Shining” by Darkshine
The 3rd Track is called “Searching for an exit” by Dark Circuitry
If you love the sounds presented in this article tonight, feel free to check out each composer’s Soundcloud provided in the links below.
Each composer has their own unique style in presenting the horror atmosphere don’t they? So we’ll just have to watch out for every corner surrounding us tonight to be wary of the creeps nearby eh? Keep living it up J360 Legion and always be pushing yourselves to do more when it comes to creating and composing. So you can be just like the ones featured in this article and if you are doing a Friday the 13th Marathon tonight, make sure you lock the doors, it won’t help you in the long run against Jason but at least you a few seconds of life to live as you’re running for dear life (and that won’t save you either).
The final Resident Evil movie (until it makes money) trailer has landed. Now while I haven’t been a big fan of these films except for the first two, it will be good for fans to see this series go off in style.
I really don’t believe this is the final chapter because of the obvious track record regarding films that carry this subtitle (i.e Friday the 13 pt.4 and Freddy’s Dead). Marketing ploy or not, I’ll be waiting for this one on home release. I’m more psyched for the Assassin’s Creed film.
If you are a fan however the film will be released on Jan 27, 2017.
In honor of these new video game movies. I will be continuing the Video Game Double Feature articles I’ve written earlier from the old J360 Days. I do need to play the Resident Evil games again for old times sake but enough on me.
How do you all feel about this film?
Excited or no? feel free to discuss in the comments below or via our twitter:@j360productions.
It has finally landed, come take a look at the Official Trailer for the Mummy coming next year. I still have optimism around this film perhaps Universal knows what they’re doing with this entry in their monsters-verse. I can’t wait to see more of the mayhem this Evil Princess will unleash. Now it does tend to have more action adventure than horror in this trailer but maybe the true film will mix horror elements of the old ones, and the thrill ride aspects of the 90s ones.
Anyways I’m going to see what it’s all about next year but what do you all think?

The teaser for the new Mummy movie is here (or has been here, and we’re just now sharing it heh…).
Check it out if you haven’t seen it already, this is to be Universal Studios 2nd attempt at bringing the Universal Monsters back into the modern age (Remember Dracula Untold?).
Tom Cruise, a Female Mummy, and a creepy atmosphere?
I’m intrigued to see what’s going to happen, and the trailer lands on Sunday so I’ll be sure to throw a post up for it. I know we’re starting to be surrounded by shared universes from out of nowhere but hey let Universal get another shot at it. Dracula Untold had cool effects but much like how DC comics did with Green Lantern, it doesn’t count anymore so here’s hoping it all works out.
What do you all think of the teaser so far? Are you excited to see what happens next or not?
Discuss it on the bottom or send a response to twitter: @j360productions #Mummy #Teaser
